From the moment of my appointment, Theresa spent time to get to know me and my condition. She is very knowledgeable and a compassionate provider. She has helped me with pain I was experiencing and I now have increased energy levels. After reaching therapeutic levels It has changed the quality of my life for not only myself, but for my family. I had been having rib pain from an injury of almost a year ago. A friend suggested acupuncture might help. I have been seeing Dr. Theresa for a few weeks now. I find that I am improving slowly, relevant to whatever my activity is using chest muscles. Dr. Theresa is very professional, very caring. I am a Breast Cancer survivor and according to my doctors, all my symptoms are my new normal. I decided to give an acupuncturist the opportunity at my nerve pain. After a thorough review by Dr. Yuan, I was surprised when she informed me, she will treat me for most of my problems. Nephropathy, Amnesia, Hot Flashes, Anxiety, Stress. I heard an acupuncturist could help with pain and a few other things but not Hot Flashes. I am on Tamoxifen which causes hot flashes, my ovaries were removed and I am not allow to have Estrogen which can cause the cancer to return. Need I say I suffer from very strong hot flashes? Since my first treatment with Dr. Yuan the intensity of the hot flashes was reduced by 50%. What a great relief! I also received great improvement with the nerve pain. The Nephropathy which I had episodes almost nightly was completely gone, it returned after 2 weeks but she quickly stopped it. I have also noticed an improvement in the level of stress and she said with some more treatment I should be able to sleep better. Dr. Yuan is a very caring personable and thorough.

I had had acupuncture treatments a few years ago and was not impressed, so I was hesitant to try again. The pain from a bad fall 2 months ago finally convinced me. I am SO glad I did!! Pain in my groin has prevented me from walking normally or even putting my pants on without sitting down. A painful shoulder stopped me from pulling the hatchback on my van down. I have NOT been happy. Chronic pain is demoralizing and I was exhausted. Dr. Theresa took her time and explained what she was doing, being careful to avoid discomfort. I think I even slept some. The greatest thing though, is that I came off her table PAIN FREE and full of energy. I put my shorts and shirt back on PAIN FREE, easily lifting my knee. I even pulled the hatchback down and got into my van with no effort or discomfort! After just ONE treatment. She is amazing!

I came to Theresa with severe lower back pains that radiated into both my legs I couldn’t stand for more than a minute without being in excruciating pain Was planning on having fusion surgery but my VA doctor said try Oasis first So I did and I’m so glad. I did Just after my 6th visit with Theresa, I notice my legs weren’t in pain anymore and my back pain was minimal She’s very good at what she does I always feel better after she’s done Glad I went to her Not thinking of getting a fusion surgery anymore I’ll recommend her to anyone who asks me

I recently had a seizure and had really sore muscles afterwards, to the point where I couldn’t even lift my left arm. After some treatments with Dr. Yuan, I regained some mobility in my arm. I’m afraid of needles so Dr. Yuan used her finest needles for me. I highly recommend her.

I attended an acupuncture injection seminar with Dr. Yuan. She performed acupoint/biopuncture injection therapy on my right knee. She was very gentle and the insertion of the needless was painless. Theresa is one of the best acupuncturists. Her ability to listen and make her patients feel comfortable and pain free after only a few visits is amazing. When you walk through the door you feel an immediate zen. My 84 year old mom has several broken vertebrae and was having reactions to pain meds. after two visits with Theresa she went from unbeatable pain to zero pain. I highly recommend her and my mom whose now pain free agrees.
